Terms and Conditions of Firearm Purchase

  • All firearm purchases will be shipped or transferred through FedEx to a Licensed Firearms Dealer with a current Federal Firearms License (FFL).  It is up to you to choose a licensed dealer in your area to handle the transaction.  The FFL Dealer may email a copy of their signed FFL to info@allinoneguns.com prior to any shipment.  Once your payment has processed and we have received the proper documentation you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number for your order.
  • You are responsible for any fees that the FFL Dealer you choose may charge you to receive and complete a firearm transferNOTICE: It is suggested that you call ahead of time to determine their "Firearm Transfer Fees".  Prices will vary from dealer to dealer.

  • There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any firearm or ammunition purchased from our website, on-site location or gun-show booth.
  • You must contact the gun manufacturer regarding any defects or issues with the gun.  Contact information is provided in the enclosed user manuals.
  • Each gun manufacturer will have their own specific warranty policies and will stand behind their products. Be certain to register your gun (if applicable) with the manufacturer and retain all paperwork for future reference.
  • If you are denied at your local FFL Dealer as a result of a NICS (background check), please be advised that All In One Gun Emporiumwill not accept return of the firearm, nor will the cost of purchase be refunded to you.  It is your responsibility to know what you can and cannot purchase.
